ServSafe Alcohol
ServSafe Alcohol trains servers and bartenders to check IDs, recognize signs of intoxication, and intervene in over-service. ServSafe lists two exams: the Primary exam (passing score 75%, at least 30 of 40 correct) and the Advanced, Proctored exam (passing score 80%, at least 56 of 70 correct). Several states require or approve specific alcohol-server programs, so confirm with your state alcohol regulator.
