National Restaurant Association (ServSafe)
ServSafe Manager
ServSafe Manager is the National Restaurant Association's food protection manager certification, and ServSafe lists its exam as ANAB-accredited. ServSafe states that the exam has 90 questions, 10 of which are pilot questions for research only, and that a passing score is 70% or higher (at least 56 of the 80 scored questions). Whether your state or county requires a certified food protection manager, and accepts ServSafe, is decided locally, so confirm with your health department.
